We wrapped up our New Orleans-themed menu for my daddy's birthday party with "Bananas Foster Banana Pudding". Basically, the only difference is that you saute your bananas in brown sugar and butter, and then top it with a baked meringue. I made my vanilla pastry cream from scratch!
